As the VP of Engineering for brine/water Processing at Capture6, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to tackle climate change by spearheading the development and deployment of advanced water treatment and carbon capture technologies. Your expertise in treating various brines for chemical processing and water recovery would be instrumental in enabling us implement our technology across multiple clients. This position demands extensive expertise in brine/water processes such as Reverse Osmosis, Nano Filtration, Ion Exchange, along with a solid understanding of technologies such as Forward Osmosis, Electrodialysis, Membrane Distillation, Counter Flow Reverse Osmosis. You will need to excel in systems design and optimization to effectively configure Capture6’s comprehensive process, which spans water treatment, carbon capture, and electrochemical synthesis, tailored to meet client requirements. Candidates must have experience with deploying these technologies at client sites. We are looking for an innovative leader who can propel the expansion of our technology across various industries. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a talented team of engineers and project managers in designing, developing, and implementing brine transformation systems for our projects.

The salary range presented for this full-time role is $150,000 – $200,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, years of experience, and location. The range represents the minimum and maximum potential salaries for new hires in this particular position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
